Round 4: (Sc in next 2 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (24)
Round 5: (Sc in next 3 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (30)
Round 6: (Sc in next 4 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (36)
Round 7: (Sc in next 5 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (42)
Round 8: (Sc in next 6 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (48)
Round 9: (Sc in next 7 sts,Inc in next st) repeat around (54)
Round 10-17: Sc in each st around (54)
Round 18: Slip stitch in next st, (*skip 2 sts, 5 Dc (shell) in next st, slip st in next st) repeat make 5 Shells.
Finish off and weave in yarn end.
Dress:
Start with white yarn.

Row 3: Ch 1 turn,Sc in same st and next 5 sts, Ch 3 skip 10 sts, Sc in next 12 sts, Ch 3 skip 10 sts, Sc in next 6 sts (30)
Row 4: Ch 1 turn,Sc in same st and next 4 sts, Inc in next st, Sc in next 3 sts, Inc in next st, Sc in next 10 sts, Inc in next st, Sc in next 3 sts, Inc in next st, Sc in next 5 sts (34)
You will now work in rounds. Change to red yarn.
